The grand gallery was designed to be a stage for classical solo performances. The two story draperies frame the views of the rocky mountains.
The balcony is reminiscent of the opera box seats for guests to listen to the musical performance with the adjacent sitting room for more seating.
The sitting room is designed for quiet conversation , the hand carved limestone fireplace is the focal point and adds warmth to the room.
The formal dining room was designed for entertaining important guests. The draperies are embroidered silk with velvet accents. The ceiling is hand painted in the old-world trompe l'oeil style.
The formal powder room features an onyx vessel sink supported by an onyx slab. The backsplash is glass and onyx mosaic tiles. The light fixtures are handblown Venetian glass. The walls are hand painted with metallic gold and silver leafing.
The large kitchen is designed for food preparation for a large number of guests and family with an adjacent seating area for guests to be present while cooking.
The homeowner requested an antique bar from Europe but we created a new custom bar that reflects the old pubs including the tint ceiling and leaded glass signage.
The outdoor seating area furniture is an extension of the interior furniture style. The outdoor fireplace is a wood burner with colorful glaze tiles for guests to gather.
